Halloween, 2021

M&S Food wanted fun messaging to appeal to young families at Halloween. With Covid restrictions lifted, we encouraged customers to celebrate all weekend to make up for lost time – eat, shriek, repeat!

Fill Your Own, 2019

M&S launched a new initiative, allowing customers to buy their favourites without the packaging. The copy challenge: persuade customers that it’s a better way to shop and guide them through the process.

Frozen refresh, 2019

Bold new messaging gets customers to take a fresh look at frozen and ensures the often overlooked section stands out in store.
